REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS

  • Sessions run in 11-week, 4-week, 6-week, and 8-week mini-sessions or a Full Year (10 months) of classes. Please check your registration for how long your class session is.
  • When you register, you are registering for only one session at a time. Registration is required for each individual session (winter, spring, summer, fall, or full year)
  • A completed registration form/waiver online and full payment of fees are required and due at the time of registration. Due to our small and personal class sizes, if your payment is not made at the time of registration, your spot in class may be given to someone else.
  • Dance Class Studio does not accept credit card payments in studio, online only.
  • Adult, Broadway Babies, Duet With Me, Hip Hop, Home School, and Show Choir classes do NOT participate in the recitals unless they are in the full-year session. Some sessions do not offer any recital classes.
  • Trial classes are NOT offered to any mini-session classes due to our limited class sizes and short sessions.

CLASSES and SCHEDULE

  • Classes require a minimum number of students to stay on the schedule. Classes below the minimum may stay on the schedule with the appropriate price and time adjustment.
  • In case of inclement weather, call 317-529-0568, check our website, Facebook page, or Instagram after 2:00 PM for cancellation.
  • If the studio closes for inclement weather, your class will either be offered online via Zoom or a makeup class will be scheduled at the discretion of the Dance Class Studio director and class instructor. If we cannot offer one of the above, a $10 credit will be applied to your dance class studio account or you can request a refund by check.
  • Due to our small class size and personal services, we do not offer make-up classes for students missing classes for personal reasons.
