• Dance Class Studio enrollment calendar runs in multiple session lengths. Registering for any class is a financial commitment to the full session.
• All fees are non-refundable or transferable. An exception may be made by the Dance Class Studio director if dropping a class is needed.
• A fee of $30.00 will be charged/applied to your Dance Class Studio account on any credit card declines, insufficient funds, returned checks, or any other credit card/bank charges that are applied to Dance Class Studio.
• A late fee of $10.00 will be charged/applied to your Dance Class Studio account for every week your fees are past due.
• All required financial payments during enrollment have due dates and are set to automatically withdraw from your chosen payment method (Credit Card or ACH) on those due dates.
• If selecting the “pay by check/cash” method, enrollment and dancers’ spot in class is not guaranteed until the check is received by Dance Class Studio.
• Tuition fees will be prorated based on the date of enrollment. No other fees will be prorated.
• Dance Class Studio cannot offer make-up classes for students missing classes for personal reasons.
